Sealoflex
What?
Liquid waterproofing systems give excellent results on most kind of surface and are ideal for flame free application. As the name suggests, you apply liquid coatings with each coat building up to create a waterproof layer that’s tough enough for foot traffic. You’ll need a good weather window and will have to build in time for the coating to ‘cure’.
How?
You can use these cold straight from the bucket (after stirring) with a brush, roller or spray, so they are very easy to apply. Their low odour means you don’t need any protective gear and there’s minimal disruption.
Where?
Liquid coatings are incredibly versatile and suitable for any type or size of roof, new or old. They are perfect when space is tight or there’s a lot of detail to cover.
