Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees (and their families) of RoofShop, it’s parent companies, suppliers, agents or related third parties who are directly connected with the administration of these online promotions.
2. Closing date for entry to each monthly prize draw is midnight on the last day of each month, during the year 2012. The closing date for the final monthly draw is midnight on 31^st December 2012.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Only one entry per person into each monthly prize draw.
5. Entry must be via the stated method and responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or mislaid entries. Proof of Postage is not proof of entry.
6. Competition entries submitted after the final day of each month will not be included in the prior months draw, but will instead be recognised as an entry to the prize draw on the month of entry. Entries received after 31^st December 2012 will not be eligible to be drawn as a winning entry and are still bound under these terms and conditions. 
7. Unless otherwise stated, the Promoter of this prize draw competition is RoofShop, Harding Way, St Ives, PE27 3YJ.
8. The promoter will appoint an independent, objective adjudicator to randomly draw winning entries from correctly submitted competition prize draw entries. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Winner(s) will be notified by email, text or in writing (using the details provided at entry) within 10 days of the closing date of each monthly prize draw (last day of each month). Following such notification, the winner will be required to send the Promoter, full details of their postal address to which the Prize will be delivered (if applicable).
10. All prizes are subject to availability. RoofShop reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if necessary, at The Promoter’s discretion.
11. If the Promoter cannot: (i) contact the winner (via the details provided at the date of entry) within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the Promoter's sole discretion); or (ii) the winner does not return details of its postal address to the Promoter within 7 days of notification that they have won the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a winner of the Competition, and thereafter, until a winner on these terms is found.
12. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the Prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the Prize being lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
13. By entering any of the 12 Flat Roofing online prize draws, you agree to having your name, details and photo published online or in a future issue of any RoofShop prize draws/competitions and publications.
14. A list of winners will be available 4 weeks after each competition prize draw’s closing date by sending a SAE to Flat Roofing Competition, RoofShop Marketing Department, Harding Way, St Ives, Cambridgeshire, PE27 3YJ.
15. Prize draw entries submitted via text to the advertised shortcode will be charged at your standard network message rate.
16. Submitting details for entry to the prize draw implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
17. By supplying RoofShop with contact details you agree to RoofShop, SIG plc companies and any affiliated partners contacting you with information on products, services and promotions. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by sending an email to info@roofshop.co.uk with “unsubscribe” as the subject line or calling 0845 612 4304.
